The Flats

Cihancity is in Antalya’s Lara Beach. It is in a place where public works have been completed till Kundu and Aksu. Cihancity is in 150 meter distance to Antalya-Alanya way, 10 minutes to airport, Cihancity is in 20 minutes distance to Aspendos and it is in 1200 meter distance to Lara Beach. As it is known, Lara-Kundu district is declared as the tourism zone with the decision of the Counsil of Ministers.

6121 city blocks are designed in a way that five block can be built in five plot of land in the 8862 mete building site. Blocks are composed of twenty flats. There are ninety standard flats totally which are approximately 146 meter and clear 120 meter. There are ten duplex flats which are approximately 211 and clear 162 meter.

In Cihancity, there are a swimming pool, an open carpark, a supermarket and commercial places.

Cihancity has been designed as a place which relaxes people in summer by the help of the windy weather and Cihancity is a place where you can benefit from sun in winter.

Our buildings are based on pegs. Under each building there are 170 pegs which are in 8 meter depth.
